1 whole bunch beets diced to half in. (stems and greens too!)
3 large baking potatoes diced to half in.
1 large sweet onion diced to half in.
2-10 cloves of garlic minced (I’m a crazy garlic-aholic, 10 on the spectrum)
2 qt. Bone broth of choice.
1 Tbsp. Smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Feta cheese
Fresh dill

1. Literally put everything in a slow cooker for 4 hours on low.
2. Garnish with desired amount of cheese and fresh dill. Done and done.
