Next Longtable coming up! We are excited to collaborate with chef Jeff Hunt from Spork in Bend. He came straight from Hanoi on a recon mission to the farm this weekend. I got all his feels going with pork should steaks, cracklins, heirloom dry corn, chicken gizzards, farm cheese, gooseberry drinking vinegars, spicy greens, and 30 gallons of bubbling lard. Can’t wait to see how he reads and runs with our food.
