Broccoli & Kohlrabi Crunch Salad
Here is a fresh spin on the classic broccoli salad. Don’t have any kohlrabi, salad turnips or a diced up apple will work instead.

Ingredients
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon unrefined salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
5 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup finely chopped/diced kohlrabi (peeled first)
1/2 of a small red onion, diced
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
4 slices of cooked and chopped bacon
- In a large bowl combine the yogurt, vinegar, maple syrup, salt and garlic powder.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir to combine everything.
- Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours if not overnight to let the flavors meld into the broccoli.
