1 bunch radishes, sliced thing (think mandoline thin)
2 handfuls peas (thinly sliced)
1 clove garlic, mi nced
1/2 cup chopped dill, or chives or whatever herb you have on hand: mind,
marjoram, thyme, basil, mint…
1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream with the garlic, dill, and salt and pepper.
- Toss the sauce with the sliced radish and cucumber, and enjoy!
