Miso Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup light sesame oil
1/8 cup toasted sesame oil
2 Tbs light miso
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbs fresh ginger juice
1 Tbs lemon juice

3 Tbs rice vinegar
1 Tbs agave syrup
2 Tbs water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine oils, miso, tahini, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, agave, water, garlic, basil, adn black pepper in blender.
  2. Using a cheese grater or microplane, grate fresh unpeeled ginger onto your cutting board until you get a small ball of ginger pulp. Take this ginger and squeeze the juice into the blender with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes until mixed thoroughly.
