Straight from the waters of the Columbia River Basin, these wild salmon fillets are sustainably caught by Joe, a tribal fisherman from the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. Each fillet is the result of generations of traditional fishing knowledge, care for the land and water, and a deep commitment to feeding the community. All fish is sold frozen.When ordering online, you’re choosing the number of fillets you’d like. Fillet sizes are listed above. The online price covers 1 lb per fillet. Any remaining balance will be paid at pickup based on the final weight.
