Each fillet is the result of generations of traditional fishing knowledge, care for the land and water, and a deep commitment to feeding the community. When ordering online, you’re choosing the number of fillets you’d like. The online price covers 1 lb per fillet. Any remaining balance will be paid at pickup based on the final weight. This week we have fillets ranging in size from 1 to 3.5 lbs. You can specify which size you are wanting to purchase in the notes during checkout and we'll do our best to match your preferred size, though some of these fillets came in impressively large this week. Any add-ons that are placed for a location other than the farm store will be sent as frozen fillets. Fresh fish is only available at the Rainshadow Organics Farm Store.
