Join Rainshadow Organics and guest Chef Lindsay Mattison in the 2-acre garden for a true Farm-to-Table experience. Lindsay was one of the first chefs that we worked with to create Longtable dinners and we are thrilled to welcome her back.

Lindsay Mattison, is a professional chef, recipe developer, writer, and editor. For Lindsay, spending time on farms has created a deeply instilled love for organic and sustainable food practices. She has a passion for local, organic, sustainable ingredients, and loves teaching others how to follow a seasonal diet. Lindsay is excited to share her love for food with you, celebrating recipes from all types of cuisine, building layers of flavor, and focusing on making as much as possible from scratch.

Join us at 6 pm for an optional farm tour. Dinner will begin at 7 pm.

This family style meal will be served in the garden at our Longtables. Be prepared to sit with new friends in the setting sun.

Alcohol will be available for purchase via credit card or cash and gratuity will be included.

We have a corkage fee of $20/bottle for outside alcohol.
