These dinners are a true expression of farm-to-table living. Every course highlights the very best of what we grow and raise right here at Rainshadow—certified organic veggies and responsibly raised meats—crafted into a vibrant seasonal menu you won’t forget.

Start your evening with a guided farm tour at 6 PM and get an up-close look at the fields, flowers, and animals that make this place so special.
At 7 PM, settle in at our long community tables for a four-course feast created by Chef Vanna, celebrating the bold flavors and peak-of-season bounty of Central Oregon.
Expect good food, good wine, and great company—this is the kind of night where strangers become friends.
Tickets: $114 per person
($95 dinner + service charge)
We offer a curated wine list, local beer on tap, and if you’d like to bring your own bottle, we just ask for a $20 corkage fee.
