Chef Carlos and the Hawkeye & Huckleberry team will create a multi-course feast inspired by the season and built around the best of what is coming from the fields at Rainshadow. Expect thoughtfully prepared dishes showcasing certified organic vegetables, responsibly raised meats, and the vibrant flavors that define summer in Central Oregon.

7 PM – Dinner served at long community tables in the garden
Set among the fields as the day cools and the evening light settles across the farm, this dinner is an opportunity to gather, connect, and celebrate the season together.
Tickets: $114 per person ($95 per person, plus 20% service charge)
Wine, beer, and $30 corkage available.
