Known for his thoughtful approach to food and hospitality, Wil is creating a four-course feast inspired by the season and built around the freshest ingredients from the fields at Rainshadow. Expect beautifully prepared dishes showcasing certified organic vegetables, responsibly raised meats, and the vibrant flavors that define summer in Central Oregon.

7 PM – Dinner served at long community tables in the garden
