Join our Farm Staff and Chef Nic Maraziti for a unique take on our traditional Farm-to-Table experience. We are hosting a Sea-to-Table dinner featuring fish caught by Port Orford Sustainable Seafood. We will have the fishermen joining us for dinner to talk about sustainable fishing practices! This is going to be a real treat!
This will be a culinary adventure featuring certified organic vegetables exclusively from Rainshadow paired with Oregon Coast local, sustainably harvested and humanely caught sablefish, crab and octopus.
This is an event that you can not miss.
This meal will be served on our walled and heated deck. Be prepared to sit with new friends and mingle with community members.
Dinner will be $138 per person ($115 for the meal plus a 20% gratuity). We will offer a cash bar with our hand selected wine, beer, and hard cider menu. Corkage fee is $20/bottle if you choose to bring your own.
