Pumpkin Pasta

Okay, I know that I give you alot of Julius Roberts recipes. Well, he’s just my favorite. Seasonal ingredients, British accents, simple and delicious meals. C’mon.
Ingredients
1 pumpkin
1 onion
2 spicy peppers
2 cloves of garlic
butter
salt and pepper
pasta of your choice!
Start by sautéing the onion, garlic, and hot peppers in olive oil until fragrant. Cube a pumpkin and add to your sautéed aromatics. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the pumpkin begins to break down add a splash of water. Add in your cooked pasta and a cup of the pasta water. Optional, but delicious, add in a few leaves of dried sage.
Serve hot topped with grated parmesan.
