⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
⅓ cup low-sodium soy sauce
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, click link for homemade recipe
1 teaspoon dried mustard
Sirloin Tip Steak
lard, butter, or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients together in a ziplock bag. Add the steaks and marinade for 24 hours. Flip a couple times to distribute the marinade.
  2. Heat up your cast iron skillet or other pan to medium-high and melt your cooking fat. Sear the steaks on both sides until medium-rare. Use that thermometer!
  3. Remove the steaks and let sit for 15 minutes before slicing thin.
  4. After steaks are removed, add your marinade to the pan and reduce into a nice pan sauce/drizzle to pour over the cut steaks.
