I grew up an only child which meant rarely getting to share food with people who weren’t my parents. Plus I had two parents with full time jobs which meant I would often go days in the summer without eat any meals with anyone!

Sharing food with people means the world to me now. I love to cook for people, be cooked for, go out to eat, stay in, try new things or make old recipes again and again. For birthdays, gatherings, Sunday breakfasts, or a summer afternoon snack.

Sharing food is intimate. Its the mutual agreement to make the mundane habits of life, loving and delicious. So anyways, its probably really clear why I’m in this line of work.
