Turkish Eggs

My favorite elevated, but simple breakfast. Entirely customizable, super nutritious, done in 15 min. What more could you want?

Here’s how it goes:

Yogurt base:
1 cup of Greek yogurt
1 clove of grated garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
A big squeeze of lemon juice
Fresh dill and mint(If you have it)
Mix and put in the bottom of your bowl.
Top with two soft-boiled eggs (or poached if you’re fancy)
Garnish with some chopped pickled hot peppers.
Always serve with toasted bread and butter.

Boom!

So delicious and easy. Here are some suggestions for modifications:

Add sauteed purple cabbage
Garnish with sliced green onion and a drizzle of chili oil
Add caramelized shallot
