
Our Meat:
We raise beef, pork, chickens, and turkeys with a commitment to ethical practices. All of our animals are organically fed and cared for under the highest standards of well-being to ensure the best quality meat. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. We believe deeply that meat can, and should, be raised and consumed ethically.
Our Grains:
We grow six types of grain, all harvested and milled in small batches on farm. All of our flours are unsifted whole wheat, preserving both flavor and nutrients. Our grains are certified organic, never treated with pesticides or herbicides, and play a vital role in protecting soil from erosion and naturally disrupting pest cycles.
Our Team:
Our team is grounded in a passion for caring for the land through intentional farming practices, educating future generations, and a deep belief in eating from where you live. We are apprentices, volunteers, and full-time crew members, all dedicated to growing food in Central Oregon as sustainably as possible.
Our Vegetables:
We are committed to growing the highest-quality organic vegetables. Our focus is on big, delicious, and unique crops that are as beautiful as they are flavorful. These vegetables are essential to a healthy diet, providing both nutrients and variety. We are proud to feed our community and uphold our commitment that all of our food travels no more than 30 miles from our farm to the consumer.
