Where fast lives slow down.

We’re all busy. So busy. All the time. Everyday. With kids, jobs, cooking, cleaning, friends, change, self care, or lack thereof, getting outside, hobbies, family. Life. All of it all the time.

Phew! Can you tell I’ve been a bit overwhelmed? Its been a lot recently. And I’m not afraid to admit that. Its time for things to slow down. This tagline came across my Instagram feed as a slogan for a coffee shop. “Where fast lives slow down.” Well I’ve decided to steal it. Because it really describes this place perfectly. We all have it going on, all the time. I see you and your busy lives and I appreciate every second you take to come here and slow it down.

Being apart of this community means you value these three things: good food, good people, and good growing. Remember that you have a place where you can come and be with people who appreciate the same things. Maybe it will make those busy lives feel a little calmer. I know it does for me. Coming to this place and living life the way we were intended too, in community, thoughtfully, and with delicious food. Well gosh, how lucky are we.
