We are seeding now the crops we harvest in the fall and put into storage for the Winter CSA. Year round farming is an act of resilience and sustainability.
You’ve been on the journey through winter. You know what it means to eat from here, which also means you know this place a whole heck of a lot better. I recognize its not convenient, but convenience makes people weak. This food means you care about your health and the dense nutrients you put into your body. It means you care that it didn’t travel from across the globe. When the world feels crazy, each little choice and act collectively makes a difference.
