Winter CSA Details

All vegetable and meat shares will receive a full veggie crate per month. This will include fresh winter greens, and a variety of storage crops that could include carrots, parsnips, daikon radish, celeriac, potatoes, onions, shallots, garlic, beets, and winter squash.

Rainshadow Organics meat shares consist of pork, beef, chicken, lard, and broth. We emphasize celebrating the whole animal by providing a range of cuts. The small share is 5 pounds and the large share is 10 pounds.

Winter CSA Details

Winter veggie and meat shares will be delivered the first Thursday of each month November through May to Bend and Sisters or are available for pick up at the Farm Store Friday and Saturday after the first Thursday of the Month. This is a 7-month CSA commitment.

Pick Up Times & Locations:

SISTERS 3-3:15PM: We will be at the Fir Street Park across from the Barn.

BEND 4:30-5:30PM: We will be at the Deschutes Main Services Building north parking lot at 1300 NW Wall Street.

LOCAVORE: Pick up at Locavore Thursday 6-7PM and all 10AM-7PM Friday following the Thursday delivery. These CSA boxes are pre-packed and left at Locavore.  We do not offer substitute pick up locations for this option.

ON FARM PICKUP: (after the Thursday CSA pickup) Friday, 11AM-5PM and Saturday, 9AM-3PM: Pickup at our Farm Store.
