Farm-to-Table Ticket Purchase Policy

Thank you for purchasing a ticket to our farm-to-table event at Rainshadow Organics! We are thrilled to welcome you for a memorable experience. To help ensure that all guests have the best possible time, we ask that you review and adhere to the following ticket purchase and event attendance policy.

1. No Refunds, Credits, or Date Transfers Within 7 Days of the Event

Due to the nature of our events, we do not offer refunds, credits, or allow changes to the event date within 7 days of the scheduled event. This policy helps us manage preparations and ensure that all attendees have a seamless experience.

2. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your ticket is transferable to another person. To make a ticket transfer, please notify us by emailing [email protected] with the full name of the original ticket holder and the new guest’s name. This ensures that we can update our guest list and properly accommodate all attendees.

3. Dietary Restrictions for Ticket Transfers

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions for transferred tickets to the best of our ability. If you are transferring your ticket to someone with dietary needs, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ written notice by emailing [email protected] with detailed information about any restrictions. This allows us sufficient time to ensure that the menu can be adjusted to meet the needs of all guests.

Wedding Event Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Rainshadow Organics for your special day. We are honored to be part of your celebration and are committed to providing an exceptional experience. Please take a moment to review our refund policy, which is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

1. No Refunds on Deposits or Payments

Once a deposit has been collected, no refunds will be issued. Our payment structure is divided into three equal deposits, and once a payment has been received, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place because once a date is committed to your wedding, we turn down other business opportunities and may not be able to rebook the date if the event is canceled.

2. Cancellation and Rebooking

If you need to cancel your event, we understand that circumstances may change. While we cannot offer a refund, Rainshadow Organics will make every reasonable effort to rebook the date with another couple. If we are successful in securing a replacement wedding for the same date, the original couple will be issued a partial refund, which will be based on the funds generated from the rebooked event.

Please note that it is unlikely that the refund will be the full amount of the original payment.

3. Inclement Weather and Unforeseeable Circumstances

Rainshadow Organics operates its events regardless of inclement weather, which may include rain, heat, smoke, wind, or other weather-related challenges. We strongly recommend that couples prepare for varying weather conditions when planning an outdoor event.

In the rare event that Rainshadow Organics is unable to host the event due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as a Level 3 evacuation due to wildfire or other emergency situations beyond our control, our team will work with you to reschedule the event to a date of your choosing, subject to availability. The rescheduled date must not conflict with other preexisting events.
