Rainshadow Organics is seeking a passionate and motivated Front of House Team Member to join our event staff. As a key link between our guests and our culinary team, you will help create a holistic dining experience centered around organic, seasonal produce and responsibly raised meats. We are looking for someone who can engage with guests in an educational manner, sharing our commitment to regenerative farming and sustainable eating.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Front of House duties during private and public events, including setting up and breaking down the event space.
• Serve food and beverages while ensuring a positive and informative guest experience.
• Learn the menu and ingredient sourcing, and engage with guests about our farm practices and values.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth service and clear communication.
• Perform additional duties as needed, including plating, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position (Friday-Sunday)
• Hourly wage: $22.00
