Rainshadow Organics is seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Lead to oversee the guest experience during our farm-to-table events. This key role will ensure smooth service operations, manage the front of house team, and ensure seamless transitions after the event coordinator departs. Responsibilities:

• Lead the Front of House Team: Supervise, motivate, and provide guidance to servers, ensuring smooth service flow and exceptional guest experience.
• Manage Service Operations: Oversee the service operations during events, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to our high standards.
• Coordinate Event Transitions: Take charge once the event coordinator clocks out, ensuring a smooth transition and all final details are handled.
• Ensure Service Excellence: Ensure all guests receive attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service throughout the event.
• Staff Communication & Training: Communicate effectively with team members, helping to train and mentor new staff. Ensure all team members have the knowledge to discuss the menu, ingredients, and farm practices with guests.
• Event Set-Up & Breakdown: Oversee the set-up and breakdown of the event, ensuring the space is properly prepared and cleaned.
• Handle Closing Tasks: As the last person to leave, you’ll ensure the space is cleaned, organized, and ready for the next event.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time position (Friday-Sunday)
• Hourly wage: $24.00
