Join our Farm Staff and Chef Travis Taylor on the Farm Store deck for a true Farm-to-Table experience. This special dinner will highlight what we like to call “the food of the now,” certified organic vegetables exclusively from Rainshadow paired with our pastured, chemical free and GMO-free meats. This dinner will highlight the artful expressions of Chef Taylor, and the beauty and bounty of our Central Oregon farm. The evening starts at 4:30 pm with a farm tour where we discuss our farming philosophy and how and why we grow the foods you will enjoy during your meal.
This plated meal will be served on our walled and heated deck. Be prepared to sit with new friends in a well spaced out and ventilated environment.
Dinner will be $90 per person ($75 for the meal plus a $15/20% gratuity). We will offer a cash bar with our hand selected Pacific Northwest based wine, beer, and hard cider menu. Corkage fee is $15/bottle if you choose to bring your own.
