Fresh and frozen Chinook Salmon Filets Available!
Straight from the waters of the Columbia River Basin, these wild salmon fillets are sustainably caught by Joe, a tribal fisherman from the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. Each fillet is the result of generations of traditional fishing knowledge, care for the land and water, and a deep commitment to feeding the community.
This week’s catch is Chinook salmon
Known as the king of Pacific salmon, Chinook is prized for its rich flavor, buttery texture, and high omega-3 content.
A remarkable catch and a delicious way to begin the fishing season.
We have 13 fresh Chinook fillets available, ranging from 1 to 3.5 pounds. We’ll do our best to match your preferred size, though some of these kings came in impressively large this week. If you’re looking for a smaller portion, we also have plenty of frozen Chinook fillets available in a wide range of sizes.
