Cabbage and Dill Meatballs

1 lb of ground pork
• 1 grated carrot
• 1 large grated mushroom
• 1 egg
• 2 onions
• 2 garlic cloves
• A handful of fresh parsley
• 2 tbsp flour
• Salt & pepper to taste

Ingredients for the Cabbage:

• 1 cabbage
• 1 grated carrot
• 2 onions
• A handful of fresh dill
• Salt, pepper, and caraway seeds to taste
•  Butter and olive oil
• 150 ml vegetable broth or water

Instructions:

1. Prepare the meatballs by grinding pork, mixing with diced onions, garlic, grated veggies, parsley, and seasonings. Fry until golden brown.
2. For the cabbage, chop and sauté with onions and carrot, adding broth, dill, and seasonings. Cook for 15 minutes.
3. Combine the meatballs and cabbage, cover, and cook for an additional 20 minutes. Sprinkle fresh dill before serving!
