Homemade Honey Marshmallow Fluff
Do we put enough sweet recipes in the emails? I don’t think so! Heres one!
3 eggwhites
2/3c cane sugar
3/4c honey
1/4c room temp water
Vanilla
1/4tsp cream of tartar
•whip egg whites and cream of tartar to stiff peaks
•bring honey, sugar, and water to 246f on the stove and then slowly stream it into the mixer while beating on low
•add vanilla and salt and crank it to high for about 8-10 min until stable and fluffy
•jar it up and enjoy within a week! No need to refrigerate!
