After my deep dive into basil last week, I found myself thinking about diving deep into our Full Diet community, too.

A few weeks ago I ran into another Full Diet member while I was out running errands. We got to chatting about our weeks, and she mentioned that she and her family had just finished a frequency healing session. I wasn’t familiar with frequency therapies, so she filled me in a bit before we both carried on with our days.

A couple of weeks later I was catching up with Kylie Hays and asking what life looks like for her outside of Full Diet pickups. She mentioned that she offers Rife treatments—a type of frequency healing. That’s when I was reminded just how wonderfully diverse this community is. And also how much potential we have for supporting each other.

We all come together over food, but beyond our weekly pickups this community is made up of artists, teachers, healers, parents, therapists and so much more. Our interests overlap in unexpected ways, and I love the idea that Rainshadow can become more than a place to pick up groceries. It’s a community.

So this week, I’d like to introduce you to Kylie. Two weeks ago she gave me my very first Rife treatment. I learned a lot, left feeling surprisingly exhausted (apparently that’s not uncommon), and came away fascinated by a modality I knew almost nothing about. Whether you’re already familiar with frequency healing or simply curious, consider supporting another Full Diet member and reach out to Kylie.

If there’s something you’re passionate about or something you think this community would enjoy learning about, send me an email. I’d love to feature more Full Diet members over the coming months.
