Garlic!
We harvested five gorgeous varieties of garlic this year. Georgian Crystal, Inchillium Red, Chesnook Red, Music, and Lors. They’ve been hanging for a couple months and we are processing them for the winter coffer. You’ll be seeing them at market, but we save most for our winter CSA.
