Garlicky Sautéed Spring Greens & Herbs
Ingredients

1 large bunch spring greens (kale, chard, spinach, or a mix), chopped

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

3 cloves garlic, sliced thin

1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

1 small handful fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives), chopped

Salt & pepper

Optional: grated parmesan or a fried egg
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Toss in the greens with a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring, until wilted and tender (3–5 minutes depending on the greens).

Finish with lemon juice, herbs, and black pepper.

Top with parmesan or a fried egg if you want to make it a full meal.
