First off—big thanks to Isa for holding down these Full Diet emails through April. She made the transition into this role feel a whole lot smoother, and I’m really grateful for that.

As I settle in, I’m excited to find my voice here with you all. I keep a running notes app of little food moments—things I’ve eaten, ideas I want to try, flavors I can’t quite shake—and I’m hoping to start sharing more of those with you. Some will be wins, some might be experiments… but all in the spirit of making the most of what’s coming out of the farm.

I also want this email to be something you actually want to open. An email that is useful, or inspiring, or at the very least mildly entertaining. Please reply to this email to let me know what would be the most helpful to you!
