We are now offering intimate farm to table dinners with our farmers and our chef. These special dinners will highlight the intricacies of the food we raise and how they come together on the plate. Our farmer, Sarahlee Lawrence, and our chef, Travis Taylor, will be present to share the path our food has taken to reach the table. Both will share their experiences working with Rainshadow food, and take you on an ingredient journey from when the food started as a seed, to the moment it reached your plate. These dinners will highlight the true artful expressions of our Chef, and the beauty of locally raised food.

These dinners will be celebrating once-a-season ingredients. Every dinner in this series will be different. Each month, the Chef will be cultivating the flavors of the farm to honor the seasonal variety of what our farm produces. This refined experience will be unique and specific to the ingredients we are able to raise each season.

This intimate dinner is capped at 20 people and cost $75 per person. We will offer a cash bar with our wine and beer menu of hand-selected wines and brews from Oregon. Each course of the meal will be artfully prepared and plated by Travis Taylor. We hope you can join us for this on-farm culinary adventure!
