Join our farmers and Chef Nic Maraziti in the 2-acre garden for a true Farm-to-Table experience. This culinary experience will highlight our particularly diverse farm by incorporating our certified organic vegetables freshly harvested that week and pairing them with our pastured, chemical and GMO-free meats. These dinners will feature the artful expressions of Chef Maraziti, and the beauty and bounty of our Central Oregon farm.

This dinner will have an optional wine pairing of $30/person plus 20% gratuity charged night of.

We are excited to have winemaker Alex Fullerton of Fullerton Wines out to Rainshadow Organics to lead the dinner through a wine pairing. Alex will also speak about his grape growing and wine crafting techniques.

Each course will have a wine paired with it that both Chef Maraziti and Alex Fullerton have picked out. We hope you will join us in participating in this pairing.

Dinner starts at 6pm with a farm tour. Join us as we discuss our regenerative philosophy and how and why we grow the foods you will enjoy during your meal.

This family style meal will be served in the garden at our Longtables. Dinner is capped at 50 people and costs $114 per person ($95 for dinner and 20% gratuity) with the additional option of adding on a thoughtfully crafted wine pairing night of the event. Be prepared to sit with new friends in the setting sun. We will offer a cash bar with our hand selected wine, beer, and hard cider menu.
