When my husband and I were looking for a wedding venue, the most important aspect for us was the food. We had guests coming from near and far and we really wanted them to feel like we were all getting together for a big family dinner, so the family style, farm to table meals at Rainshadow worked perfectly for us. We knew our family would be fascinated by the beautiful farm setting while eating truly the best food on the planet, all grown and harvested where they were eating. And we were not disappointed, the food at Rainshadow is truly incredible.
Aside from having great food, one of our priorities was to keep wedding planning as simple as possible which is why we also loved that Rainshadow handles the entire set up and break down of the event, the decor, including all the table settings, chairs and furniture, and hosting of the bar. Additionally, we also opted to also have our rehearsal dinner at Rainshadow, and had the farm handle our flower arrangements, both which turned out beautifully and was again, less details for us to plan. We also stayed across the street at their beautiful short term rental home for the entire weekend which made the whole experience so easy and convenient for us as we just walked back and forth for our wedding events.
