How to Join our Winter CSA
Winter CSA Details
For the 2024/25 Winter CSA we are offering a 7-month, monthly mixed Meat and Vegetable CSA or a Meat Only CSA!
All Vegetable and Meat shares will receive a full veggie crate per month. This will include fresh winter greens including varieties of Asian greens, kale, and chard; green onions, cabbage, and leeks; and a variety of storage root crops including carrots, parsnips, daikon radish, and celeriac/celery root as well as many varieties of potatoes, onions, shallots, garlic, beets, and winter squash.
The monthly Meat Share, small (5lbs) or large (10lbs), includes GMO and chemical free hogs, pastured and organically fed whole chickens, and Pitchfork T GMO free and regeneratively raised beef, as well as lard and broth made in our Farm Kitchen. We will enjoy whole roasting birds as well as various pork and beef cuts including slow cooking options, steaks and chops, and ground meat.

- Small Meat and Vegetable CSA: $162.14/month ($1135 total).

Winter veggie and meat shares will be delivered the first Thursday of each month November through May to Bend and Sisters or are available for pick up at the Farm Store Friday and Saturday after the first Thursday of the Month. This is a 7 month CSA commitment.
Winter CSA Subscription Payment
Use this payment option to pay for your CSA monthly. You will be billed today for the first month as a deposit to secure your spot and then billed that same amount each month before the CSA pick up. If you want to use SNAP, please sign up using the Pay in Full Option!
Credit/Debit card only! Please note, the subscription payment price includes an $8.50 fee to cover processing the subscription payment.
