Join our farmers and Chef Nic Maraziti in the 2-acre garden for a true Farm-to-Table experience. This culinary experience will highlight our particularly diverse farm by incorporating our certified organic vegetables freshly harvested that week and pairing them with our pastured, chemical and GMO-free meats.
We are excited to have Alyson Brown out to Rainshadow Organics to lead the dinner through a cocktail pairing with each food course.
Each cocktail will be artfully paired and crafted to complement the meal stage. The cocktail pairing is included in the price of the dinner. Additional cocktails will be available for purchase.
This event will be 21 and over exclusively.
Dinner starts at 5pm with a farm tour. Join us as we discuss our regenerative philosophy, our love for bees and how and why we grow the foods you will enjoy during your meal.
This family style meal will be served in the garden at our Longtables. Dinner is capped at 50 people and costs $138 per person ($85 for dinner and 20% gratuity). Be prepared to sit with new friends in the setting sun.
