We’re so glad to welcome Chef Samantha Freda back to the farm for a special Spring Equinox Dinner this March. After the wonderful response to our first gathering, we’re excited to come together again to celebrate the turning of the season with good food and great company.
Join us for a relaxed and lively evening on the Farm Store Porch with our crew and the talented Chef Sam. She’ll be bringing Rainshadow’s certified organic vegetables and responsibly raised meats to life in a four course farm-to-table dinner that celebrates the fresh flavors and early abundance of Central Oregon as we welcome spring.
We’ll be gathered under the covered porch, so weather won’t be a worry—just come hungry and ready to share a meal together. Expect fresh food, friendly faces, and the simple pleasure of eating in community.
Dinner is $105 per person. We’ll have a thoughtful selection of wine and beer available to pair with your dinner, or you’re welcome to bring your own bottle ($30 corkage fee).
A quick note: we don’t provide single-use containers, so if you’d like to bring home leftovers, please bring a reusable one (you’ll be glad you did!).
