Celebrate the Winter Solstice with Us!
Join us for a cozy and spirited evening on the Farm Store Porch as we welcome winter with a special Solstice Dinner, crafted by the talented Chef Vanna Rasmusen. Chef Vanna will bring Rainshadow’s certified organic vegetables and responsibly raised meats to life in a farm-to-table meal that celebrates the abundance of Central Oregon, even in the heart of winter.
We’ll gather together under the covered porch—sheltered, warm, and glowing with good company. Expect fresh flavors, wonderful company, and the simple joy of eating well as the season turns.
Dinner is $114 per person ($95 for the meal plus service charge). A curated selection of wine and beer will be available for purchase, or you’re welcome to bring your own bottle ($30 corkage fee).
A friendly reminder: we don’t provide single-use containers, so please bring a reusable one if you’d like to take home leftovers—you’ll be happy you did!

Come join us for a truly lovely evening on the Farm Store Porch with our farm crew and the ever-talented Chef Vanna Rasmussen! Get ready for a delightful farm-to-table dinner that's as much an adventure as it is a meal. Chef Vanna will be working her culinary magic, turning Rainshadow’s certified organic veggies and our responsibly raised meats into a feast that celebrates the beauty and bounty of our Central Oregon farm. The meal will unfold under the cover of our deck, so don’t worry about the weather—just come hungry and ready to make new friends. It’s all about good food, good company, and the simple joy of eating together. Dinner is $102 per person ($85 for the meal, with a service charge added in). We’ve got a tempting drink menu with wine and beer to pair with your meal, or feel free to bring your own bottle (we charge a $20 corkage fee). A little note: we don’t provide single-use containers for leftovers, so if you want to take any of the deliciousness home, bring your own reusable container. We’re so glad to welcome Chef Samantha Freda back to the farm for a special Spring Equinox Dinner this March. After the wonderful response to our first gathering, we’re excited to come together again to celebrate the turning of the season with good food and great company.
