    Join us in the Market Garden for a special night of stargazing as we welcome the Fall Equinox. With the new moon phase and the changing of the season, it’s the perfect time to pause, look up, and settle into autumn.

    This evening will be led by local naturalist and educator Jennie Sharp, founder and director of Starshine. You'll take in the brilliance of Central Oregon’s night sky while, locating constellations, observing visible planets, the moon, and other celestial objects and listening to ancient stories about the stars.

    Starshine will provide:
    • Skymaps for guests to take home
    • Red lights and binoculars to borrow

    What to bring:
    • A blanket or low chair for lounging on the lawn
    • Weather-appropriate layers for a cool desert night


    Evening Details
    6 PM – Bar opens + small plates available for purchase 
    7 PM – Check-in + find your spot on the lawn
    7:30–8:30 PM – Guided stargazing experience under the high desert sky

    Sip wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic spritz, enjoy a bite from the kitchen, and marvel at the vastness above our fields.

    In 2024, Chef Adrien was awarded the Connection to Gastronomy Award by San Pellegrino for creativity in cuisine and received the Social Responsibility Award from The Sustainable Restaurant Association for pushing the boundaries of local, sustainable sourcing.
