I mean, when is a breakfast sandwich not good? There is something so comfy about picking up toasty, saucy, sammy with the egg yolk bursting all over everything, It’s heavenly. Plus, when Rainshadow winter CSA is abundant in cellar potatoes, it’s fun to do different things besides mashed or baked, right? Tweaking the recipe for those biscuits at the moment. Creating recipes for baking is weird at altitude, turns out. Actually, baking is weird in general…. and I’m in Chemistry… so it should be easy, but no. So stay tuned!
